It's the best time of a garden! Harvest!
Over the last week or so I have been harvesting from my garden purple hull peas and collards.
Collards: 2 Pounds Frozen in Vacuum Packs
Prior picking of purple hull peas got me 2/3 cups
Final Picking of purple hull peas got me about 1 1/3 cup
